- A circular medal with a straight bar above. On one side of the medal is the image of a man on a horse stepping on a shield. A skull and crossbones is also at the horses feet. The numbers “1914” and “1918” are on either side of the horse. On the reverse is the profile of King George V with the words “GEORGIVS V BRITT: OMN: REX ET IND: IMP:” engraved along the edge of the medal is “1251467 GNR. R.B. Moore C.F.A” A blue, white, and yellow ribbon attaches to the bar.
