- Abstract
- Explore the first fiction series about Canada's National Parks. Jasper Wild is the third story in the Dyed in the Green mystery series about the challenges facing our contry's special places, and the people working tirelessly to protect these national treasures. After helping scuttle plans to slaughter Wood Buffalo National Park's entire bison population, Ben Matthews and Kate Jones end up in Jasper. Distracted by rumours of a new mine on the park's boundary, Ben and Kate help uncover a plot to build a backcountry lodge in Jasper's wilderness, leaving no stone unturned to stop an international mining giant who conspires with government politicians and Parks management to carve off a piece of the park for himself. - Abstract
- When National Park Warden Ben Matthews transfers from Cape Breton Highlands to Wood Buffalo, he finds himself in the middle of a controversial proposal to slaughter the park’s entire bison population. Frustrated by Park’s bureaucracy and the devious efforts of the pro-slaughter camp, Ben helps uncover the truth about the park’s bison and the mysterious disappearance of a trapper who could influence the final outcome. Set in Canada’s largest national park and the second largest national park in the world, Wood Buffalo is a compelling story of one fight against the many forces threatening our special places (From Good Reads website)

- Abstract
- "Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) (Heritage Conservation Studies, Architecture and Engineering Services) was requested by Claire Sieber (Cultural Resource Management Advisor for Parks Canada's Mount Revelstoke and Glacier Field Unit) to provide recording services of eastbound and westbound viewscapes in Glacier National Park, including Rogers Pass National Historic Site (RPNHS) in British Columbia. This request stems from an analysis made by the Mount Revelstoke and Glacier Field Unit in conjunction with Parks Canada's Indigenous Affairs and Cultural Heritage Directorate to identify the values of this cultural landscape and its character-defining elements and subsequently document them. This is a mitigation measure assocated with constriction on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH)." - Project Description
