Locking device on east side. Crank at south end for tilting body (40.5x37.8x37.6). Moves along tracks, mounted gears on shaft with turn knobs for securing position. South twists has locking knobs. Slot in bottom of southpiece for positioning back, held in place with pins at top. Brackets at top corners. N & S parts for rod (missing). Detachable back holder with removable format option (11.5x18.0) or (21.7x21.7) or completely removed back holder replaced by (a). Brass plates either side at top for securing with pins, sliding ground glass focus screen. Black ink lines drawn on glass (27.5x25.9) tongues top and bottom for insertion on back holder locking pin top.
