I added the group photographs taken of the two reunions I attended and recently scanned all the other staff photos displayed on the stairway walls for the last part of this book

- As Canada took shape in the nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries, the camera was there throughout as both a witness to the colonialism, capitalism, and gendered and racialized social organization, and as a protagonist.
