A pair of sturdy buckskin, light, leggings, grubby but in good shape. Decorated with a beaded buckskin strip of a green ground with triangles of red and yellow edged in stepped squares of blue and white, alternating with squares of blue inside orange, inside blue inside white. Lazy stitch throughout. The cuff is edged and sewn separately, and the top is felled and seamed, very short fringe on outside, and the thongs which close the leggings are drawn through to become an additional fringe. A circle of green beads decorates the back of the knee.
