Description
View of a village under vast clouds, with a stretch of water in the distance. In the left foreground is a rectangular home, whose walls are made up of ochre, yellow and red sections. A roughly sketched rise of brown, brown-grey and blue rock lies in the right foreground. A brown road swings between the foreground house and rocks. Beyond this, is a line of green, red and blue houses. Tall black poles rise up from among the homes. Near the centre of the picture is a short stretch of white, indicating a body of water. Above the horizon are layers of violet-grey clouds (with touches of ochre and pink). Lighter violet-grey clouds extend upwards on the right-hand side, while pale grey-yellow clouds rise on the left-hand side. An area of blue sky stretches diagonally from the upper left corner towards the lower right section of the sketch.
