File pertains to 20 b&w negatives of the Rimrock Resort in it's first year of opening [most likely 1959, when the hotel was moved from above the Hot Springs to below them and rebranded the Rimrock from the Upper Hot Springs Hotel], the Yungay slide of 1970 in which 15,000 people died, a photograph of a sketch done by Herb Paris, and the 1977 demolition fo the Gammon Motel.
