- Peter and Catharine are sitting on stools at their easels painting a mountain landscape in front of them. There is a group of animals sitting around them watching them paint. On the bottom edge of the drawing it says “SEASONS GREETINGS 1954 PETER AND CATHARINE”verso: rough sketch of the same drawing that is on the front side. This image though is only of Peter painting, a rough idea of where Catharine would be sitting, and the moose.
