Description

Three metal plates riveted to back have been cut off close to rivets with the two lower plates apparently having been joined together as a single piece of metal. Outside roughly painted black except for area that would have been covered by the strap of metal between the rivets in the back. Interior shows rusty rings on bottom and runs down sides.
