- Three sketches take up a third of the page each: 1) A hunched over person walks between two stocky men. The man on the left is wearing a hat and walking with a cane, and the gentleman on the right is carrying a newspaper and smoking. They are walking into a crowd. Beside the drawing it says “IF I CAN MANAGE TO SANDWICH MYSELF BETWEEN TWO GOOD STOUT FELLOW PEDESTRIANS ---------”, 2) A Neanderthal (appears to be) is running away from a long neck dinosaur. Beside the drawing it says “MY PREHISTORIC ANCESTOR DODGING A DINOSAUR -----------”, and 3) A man walks in front of a vehicle reading a newspaper. There is another car driving away in the opposite direction. Beside the drawing it says “I HOPPED OFF AS THE AVIATORS SAY AND WENT ACROSS THE STREET ----------”. verso: near the middle of the board there is a sketch of two pirates, one with a sword that has injured the other. - A Christmas card design of a group of vehicles in a convoy travelling down a road to the mountains. The last car is filled with a group of animals, and beside this vehicle there is a post with a bunch of signs pointing to directions to different cities. These signs say “HOMER, FAIRBANKS, EDMONTON, DAWSON CITY, BANFF, ANCHORAGE, VALDEZ, WHITEHORSE, FORT ST. JOHN, AND SEWARD”. The licence plate on the last vehicle says “B.N.P. 1956 CANADA”. While below the drawing it says “SEASONS GREETINGS CATHARINE AND PETER”. Around the edges of the drawing it says “6 inches” and “3 3/4”
