A full length 'trailer'’ war bonnet of feathers attached with beads to a long strip of hide. The crown feathers are of a mature golden eagle, the tail feathers of a mature golden eagle, and one wing feather of a golden eagle. There are horsehair tufts extending from the tips of the feathers.

Long skin train painted yellow on edges with a red line and a faint red circle between shoulders. Yellow fabric sewn onto outside edge of train. Fringes on all edges of train. Bald eagle feathers bound with red wool and tied with three rows of white string. Long blond horsehair strands attached to ends of feathers with a round piece of paper (some missing).
