Small crest centre right pasted on certificate, stapled to a stencilled likeness of the Virgin Mary on fabric glued to paper (b) envelope (19.2x26.6) brown business envelope "The N.C.O. or Constable I/c., Royal Canadian Mounted police" "Banff Alta" handwritten, also stamped signature of commissioner R.C.M. Police, and "O.H.M.S."
