The top scene has a central wheel-helm raised on a platform, like it might be on the bow of a ship. Another figure, possibly a telescope, is to the viewer’s right of the helm.In the bottom scene, various forest/mountain creatures, such as an elk, moose and bear sit in the front row of a classroom. Other less distinct figures sit around them in other seats. A figure with a pointer-stick gestures at the board, which has an image of a human skeleton on it.

- Description
- A pencil sketch of a scene that is contained within a rectangle. The rectangle forms a thick, roughly shaded frame around the scene. In the immediate foreground of the scene there are silhouettes of six seated figures facing away from the viewer and looking towards a landscape. They look towards the horizon, where the sun is setting or rising. One of the figures in the foreground is not a human, likely a cat. Above the scene, outside of the frame is the number 17, circled.
