The filter is stamped with “MADE IN CANADA” The basket and filter are removable. The coffee maker has a glass handle and a glass lid with a top knob. The lid locks in place with two protrusions along the edge. There is a metal band around the centre of the coffee maker. Stamped on the bottom is “7756-B 6 CUP PYREX MADE IN U.S.A.” “PYREX” is also embossed on the handle and engraved on the metal band below an image of flames. “PYREX MADE IN USA” is also on the lid.
