Behind them on the near side of the river are six shacks and an outhouse. On the other side of the river is a white boat, a train,a bridge, two churches, a government school and several more shacks. Behind are green hills and pink valleys. The sky is black with a red sun.

In front are sixteen children and adults, two black dogs and a black cat, three crows picking at garbage near an overturned oil drum at right. The sky is purple with a red sun. On the horizon line at the right side is a yellow car up on blocks.
