It contains several colour sketches that have been cut out of a different sketchbook and pasted in to this one. The last two sketches have not been attached. Subjects are figure studies of Mounties, cowboys, climbers, Indigenous Peoples, soldiers, Asian people, and skiers.

Contents include scene sketches from a 1934 trip to Japan by Peter and Catharine. Consists mostly of people sitting at tables presumably playing cards, Catharine reading the newspaper, figure studies, and a horse-drawn 2-wheel carriage.
