- Item consists of one 16 mm motion picture pertaining to Governor General George Vanier and his wife arriving by train to Banff, as well various activities undertaken by a group of school kids - including fishing in a river [possibly Forty Mile Creek], riding bikes, and roasting hotdogs over a fire. The original label on the case reads "Reeh Gov. General Vanier visit to Banff, FootageL 300ft, Date: 1958, School children outing: Fishing & Bycicling [sic] - Bears, Camera: Bruno Engler."
