Includes photographs taken during the summer and autumn of 1947 in and around the Banff townsite, Lake O'Hara, and the Yoho Valley. Subjects include mountains, landscapes, the Bow River, lakes, people, horses, various camps [mostly Alpine Club of Canada camps], hiking, wildlife, the opening dedication of the A.O.
