- Black, silouhetted trees stretch across the immediate foreground of the print. In the distance, visible throught the trees, are the green and pale yellow foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Rolling and covered in places with trees the meet up with the mountains in the far distance. A blue lake is at the centre right of the print.The mountains are a pale pink and some are capped with snow. The sky is pale blue and makes up the upper half of the image.
