a) handmade mobile consisting of seven toy train cars made out of dyed [bark or leaf?] paper hanging from a thin metal rod; a piece of army green sewing thread attaches each part to the rod either by a knot through a hole in the paper or by glue; the set is also held together by a piece of thread running through the six pulled cars; a separate thread attaches the engine to the second car; each car is made of several pieces of paper glued together; each car has four wheels made of thin strip of paper rolled in a circle, sometimes in several layers; the steam engine is army green; its two front wheels are spirals of paper; it has two cylinders (one for the boiler, one for the chimney); the second car, army green in colour, is flat and carries a tank; the third car, ochre and green, has the curved shape of a horse-drawn carriage; the next three passenger cars are a mix of green, red, ochre and blue dyed paper; their roofs and floors are attached by four matchsticks; the last car is flat and carries three accessories (a flat paper rectangle glue vertically, a polygon and a cylinder)b) torn front left wheel of the fifth car

There is a burlap a 1.5cm burlap strip sewn on the back border; there was two pieces of rose-coloured ribbon that tied onto the back of the chair but one ribbon has come away from the fabric leaving it tied to the other piece in a bow.
