- A collection of 23 golf balls of various manufacture (Spalding, Campbell, Bromford, Wilson. Tetleist, Dunlop, Warwick, North British, U.S. Royal) and in varying states of condition. Six have a square dimples and the remaining seventeen have round dimples. One ball, (a), is unused and still in its cellophane wrapper with the Spalding trademark on a silver paper sticker.

Called "Skolf," participants used golf clubs to try and knock what appears to be a squash ball into tin cans sunk into the snow while also tryint to keep the ball from rolling all the way down the hill.
