Round commemorative wooden “Spruce Dollar”. On the face is a green drawn map of British Columbia with Prince George marked and a small robot figure in the bottom right corner. Around the drawing is a border with green writing that reads “THE CENTRE CITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA. THE WESTERN WHITE SPRUCE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD.” On the reverse is green writing that reads “ONE SPRICE DOLLAR CENTENNIAL ISSUE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PRINCE GEORGE BRITISH COLUMBIA” and “NEGOTIABLE ONLY FOR MECHANDISE BY VISITORS TO THE WHITE SPRUCE CAPITAL EXPIRES MARCH 31ST, 1968. ONE PER VISITOR” around a red geometric maple leaf with “1867” and “1967”. Housed in a plastic bag that is stapled shut.
