- Handled salt and pepper set rests on oval tray with flat rim which is scrolled at either end. Shakers are concave based and broaden at base and narrow to screw tops, affixed handles, both shaker caps have been dented. Tray has ship logo and "Mayflower Pewter" impression on base. Each shaker has the same thing, as well as "Pat Mar 18 30 USA" and "3297" impressed on base (March 18, 19 0?).

- Ridged, lathed wooden containers, basically dumbbell shaped. Salt has circular stainless cap and red rubber base stopper which is stamped "Suba Seal No.58 Pat No.469982. Pepper mill has stainless, rotating handle with wooden knob. Stamped on metal in base "Baribocraft Canada" and "Guaranteed Steel".

- Elegantly shaped containers with circular, concave base, above which is a broad, wide bowl shape which meets inverted bell shape in sharp ridge. Inverted bell is narrow at neck into which inserts the shake tops. Stamped hallmark on base and "A.H.S. Sterling 420".
