- Three handmade arrows carved from wooden twigs, each with three split and trimmed shaft feathers bound to a notched end. All three arrows have sharpened tips and are painted with coloured bands: a) An arrow with red, green and yellow bands under feathers. - Description
- Long simply shaped shoulder stock of dark brown wood with black carved wooden bow through slit at front of stock. Bow is strung with double string of sinew, catgut? around notched ends, is held apart with small stick spacers wrapped with sinew or waxed thread. A-shaped device of sinew at centre of strings holds clay pellet and pulls back to load over small brass trigger at centre of wooden stock. Large rectangular metal sight at front of stock strung across with a twisted cord and red bead at centre for precision in aiming. Pellet is released by brass pull trigger beneath centre of stock. Leather patches at each end of bow and around slot where bow passes through stock.
