Description
A navy blue, flat-topped porter’s cap with a black plastic peak/visor. Above the visor there is a piece of gold embroidered braid looped around a gold-coloured metal button on each side of the visor The button has a maple leaf embossed on it and underneath “Canada” in script. There are two air holes surrounded by black plastic for ventilation on each side of the crown seam. On the inside there is black cotton lining that is sewn onto the crown with large stitches. A piece of metal that holds the button, viewer’s left, is poking through the material.
