- A maroon and grey corduroy cap with a sun visor . The cap is divided into six pie-shaped segments meeting at the crown centre with a maroon, plastic, round button. The front crown’s two segments are grey and the rest of the cap is maroon. There is a CPR logo label on the front with a black shield, machine-embroidered, with gold on the borders and “CPR” in the centre; a gold spike behind “1885”, viewer’s left, “1985” viewer’s right. Viewer’s left in black “STAND FAST”, red CPR logo viewer’s right, underneath in maroon and becoming larger with every letter “ON SAFETY”, underneath in black “REVELSTOKE DIVISION”. The inside crown has foam backing and cotton strips sewn on the segments. There are four metal bordered holes for air flow. A white label inside reads “PROMO-WEAR TEULON, MANITOBA, CANADA, their logo,” 85% COTTON/COTON 15% POLYESTER MADE IN/FABRIQUE AU CANADA.

- A navy blue flat-topped cap with a black, plastic, peak/visor. The crown has “C.P.R.” embroidered in gold braid on the front top crown portion and “Checker” embroidered on the lower black portion. Above the visor there is a piece of gold embroidered flat braid sewn on and also between “CPR” and “Checker”. There are two air holes surrounded by black plastic for ventilation on each side of the seam. On the inside there is a leather sweatband, red satin lining and plastic lining the top part of the crown to keep the hat waterproof; also, a white paper size tag “4-Wm. SCULLY - MTL. SIZE 7 1/4 OPR. UNION MAKE” and on the opposite side the number “560”.

- A bright green plastic hardhat used by Canadian Pacific Railway. It has black lettering “VISITOR” (1.5cm high) on both sides and a logo sticker on the front: red background, simulated mountain in black surrounded by white, and white lettering “CP Rail ROGERS PASS PROJECT”. The helmet is hard plastic, the suspension head protection gear is hard and soft plastic, rubber and grosgrain fibre. There is a white warning sticker on the inside with black lettering “WARNING! No protective head gear can protect the wearer against all foreseeable impacts. For maximum protection under covered standards(s), the head gear must be properly adjusted and retention system secure and in good order. MAKE NO MODIFICATIONS WITHOUT FACTORY AUTHORIZATION”. Another sticker on the back to the right of former, “INDUSTRIAL PROTECTIVE HEADWEAR CLASS B CASQUE PROTECTEUR INDUSTRIEL CSA STANDARD Z94-1LABEL SERIES S13536 SERIE DE L’ETIQUETTE”. On the inside of the peak embossed lettering “Safeco” inside a raised oblong edge, underneath “HEAD - GUARD SAFE-T-CAPS MADE IN CANADA”.
