A patch of blue water can be seen in the lower right, behind the foreground trees. Some of the foreground trees have yellow foliage and others are pine trees. A large pine tree rises on the left side to cut off the bottom of Rundle's left slope. The sky is blue except for two white and grey clouds above the mountain.
