Peter is taking a nap on three logs that have three squirrels on the top, three birds rest on his body. At his feet there is a stump with an axe in it, with three more birds watching Peter and beside the stump there is a bear. Peter has comic “z’s” coming up from his body where in a conversation bubble he describes his dream of sitting at a table with Catharine around a meal. Written along the top edge “TO MOTHER ROBB FROM PETER” and along the bottom edge “A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR”

Description
There is a drawing of a man, which appears to be Peter based on inscriptions on the drawing. He is sitting at a desk rubbing his head with his right hand. There is a bubble with an arrow pointing at his head, and in the bubble there is two sketches: one of a person being pulled in a rickshaw, and the second two woman carrying traditional Japanese parasols and there is a child beside them.
