These scissors are marked “Premier U.S.A.”, inside of an oval, and with “21-75” on the opposite side.b) A second, slightly larger pair of scissors with sharper and more curved blades. These scissors are marked “Premier”, and “Life Time” inside of an oval, with “Italy” on the opposite side.
