- A pair of round shallow dishes set on tall pedestals. The dishes have a bold coloured border around the rim with a series of raised relief gold dots forming a band . The centre of each plate is decorated with a sheaf of leaves, grasses and flowers. Each pedestal is a column with acanthus leaves around the top with two sculpted figures playing about the column. The column rests on a large round base, with three feet curving under, and repeats the design of plate border. A narrow coloured band at the rim inside the cup and on the saucer with pointed loops hanging from this border. Both the rim of the saucer and the inside of the cup are also decorated with clusters of flowers alternating with ornate T-shaped figures connected together in a ring by curling vines.
