It has a large round mouthpiece and two indented lines for decoration.

- A rectangular gold metal cigarette case with a commercial photograph of a woman in a nurse's uniform inside the lid. The case is plain on the outside, and has a textured bottom inside. The inside of the case also has a hinged filigreed bracket for holding the cigarettes in place.
