A large calumet with large red stone T-shaped bowl (a); and long thick wooden stick stem (b); cylindrical smoke bowl joins base in V-joint; bowl base is flattened along bottom and along the top in front of the smoke bowl where it tapers slightly and is cut off at angle; stone smoothly polished to dull sheen; thick, round stem (b) is carved from tree branch with hole drilled through its length; long tube mouthpiece carved at one end, and shorter tube joint for bowl at other.
