- Two flat, round, gold lockets, hinged at bottom to open, with loose ring through soldered ring at top. (a) plain, small thumbnail slot near top to open. Inside of locket recessed with flat gold ring around edge which snaps in over celluloid to hold in place, one side contains lock of yellow-white hair under celluloid. Celluloid missing from other side. Marks: scratched into empty side, "42"(?) (b) photo on front,gold filled, with cast wreath around hand tinted photo of a street in "West Port, Newburgh" covered with celluloid. Inside recessed with rings as above, each side holding another photo scene identified as "Lindores, Newburgh" and "The Schools, Newburgh". Inner rings of copper back cast with scrolled feather design flowing around one side. Large hinge on bottom. Lip around one frame inside, fits into recess on other side to latch when closed. Stamped into one side of edge, "P.Patent”

- One sterling souvenir spoon from the World’s Columbia Exposition, Chicago, Illinois in 1893. The front of the spoon has, in relief: a head surrounded by a laurel leaf wreath on the tip of the handle, underneath that “WORLD’S COLUMBIA EXPOSITION”, Maritime emblems on the handle, and a ship at sea on the bowl. On the back, on the tip of the handle, is a circle of laurel leaves, inside the wreath a king wearing a crown, below crossed swords, underneath that a globe with “1492 1893”, below that a circle with “ THE WORLD’S COLUMBIA EXPOSITION SEAL CHICAGO, ILLINOIS”, under that “STERLING”.

- Wooden hand-held stereoscope with a long base along which the card frame can slide, goggle-shaped lens housing that blocks out light around the sides, two square lenses angled slightly towards the center, a central blocker, and a pointed fold-down handle. The card frame is a separate piece that slides on and off the end of the long base and features two wire holders that fold out to fit the card. Also includes a stack of manufactured stereoscope cards that mostly feature scenes from Palestine and the United States that have spots of colour tinting, possibly hand-applied. Everything is housed in a cardboard shoe box with a white “COES & STODDER” sticker on one short side. Written on one short side of the lid is “STEREOPTICAN” in black ink and taped to the lid is a piece of paper that reads “Return to Catharine Whyte after photograph display” signed and dated by Maryalice Stewart 14 February 1979.
