Back of medallion partly obscured by mounting hardware bust what is visible reads “SOUVENIR DOLLAR CALGARY ALBERTA CANADA THE STAMPEDE CITY”.

- A short, cylindrical, natural coloured basket with raffia flowers. Woven of coils of straw, stitched together with spiralling radial stitches. Large red, brown and blue raffia flowers decorate the sides of the basket and top of the lid with raffia stitching, "Eagle Nest, Bermuda" on lid. Lined with white muslin which also covers false bottom. A series of muslin pockets run around entire circumference inside. Basket holds many spools of thread as well as various other sewing sundries (folding scissors, thimbles, pincushion).
