'ribbons' top and bottom etched "Hutchinson (top) and cup 1922 (bottom), Central part of medal is a man standing with his right leg on top of a soccer ball. To his right is a shield shape enameled design, green bottom tip. "Won by" on back. (b) Red clam shell box, lined, top with cream coloured satin and bottom lined with dark blue velvet.
