- History / Biographical
- Dimitri Georgevitch de Leuchtenberg (1898-1972), Duke of Leuchtenberg was a member of the Franco-Russian Beauharnais house. In 1927 the Marquis Nicholas degli Albizzi invited Dimitri and his wife Catherine (1900-1991) to join him for the summer at the cabin he had subleased from A.O. Wheeler at Mount Assiniboine. Albizzi and Dimitri were cousins. The Duke and Duchess de Leuchtenberg lived in Germany following the Russian Civil War and in 1931 began annual winter trips to Quebec to visit Albizzi and his new winter sports station in Saint-Sauveur-des-Monts in the Laurentians mountains in Quebec. The Duke worked for Albizzi as a ski school instructor. In 1937 he was chosen to be a member of the Canadian Ski School Committee and in 1938 was a founding member of the Ski Instructor's Alliance. In 1939 the Duke de Leuchtenberg bought the Saint-Sauveur station from Albizzi and moved his family permanently to Quebec, Canada.

- Charles William "Bill" Stenton (September 24, 1914 - October 23, 1987) was born and raised in Banff. Bill later married Maria Anne Fernuik (September 10, 1915 - July 21, 2002), who in 1952 began collecting curios in the couple's home. The following year, Bill and Maria opened their first business in Banff, called BJ Novelty; the couple later opened another Banff business, BJ's Fabrics. Bill and Maria are both buried in the Banff Town Cemetery.

- File consists of 24 photographs printed onto postcard paper. Contents pertain to various members of the Woodworth family, as well as friends and Banff community members. Includes individual portraits, group photographs of the Banff Hospital staff, Banff Waterworks staff and friends in Bankhead, a local soccer team and multiple unnamed children [one identified as Bill Stenton]. Includes images of the Brett family including Dr. R.G. Brett of Banff, John Wilson, several of Maud's siblings and her parents, Benjamin and Elizabeth Woodworth, and unnamed friends; images of Maud working at the Bottling Works company in Banff and the Alberta Hotel, ca. 1910 - ca. 1915; images of Maud visiting the Cave and Basin and Calgary; and Maud with her twin sons, Jack and Ted MacAulay, as infants.
