CHICAGO ILL.” in black.(b) a roll of adhesive tape “JOHNSON’S” in red, ADHESIVE TAPE WATERPROOF” in blue “JOHNSON AND JOHNSON” in red in script “LIMITED MONTREAL”, “L” in red, “MADE IN CANADA”.(c) a blue red, yellow and white paper box with a roll of white white gauze inside. On the top of the box, on a blue background is a red-rimmed yellow circle with the words “JOHNSON’S GAUZE BANDAGES” in red, and in the centre, “10 YDS.” in blue, “1” in red, “INCH” in blue. (d) a yellow, white, red and blue box with a blue circle, white printing insi de “BLUE JAY TRADE MARK” three pieces of pink moleskin adhered to soft plastic strips and a piece irregular-cut foam attached to a piece of corrugated plastic.
