- Pencil drawing of five Banff area scenes, each enclosed in a hand-drawn rectangle. There are three scenes in the top row. The far left scene has a figure in a cart or wagon pulled by oxen. In the middle scene, a train appears to run from viewer’s left to right with smoke billowing above it. In the far right scene, figure sit in a vehicle that appears to drive from left to right, with mountains in the background. In the middle row, a scene spans the entire length of the page. A stick figure occupies the foreground, while a teepee village is in the centre of the middle ground and a castle (possibly the Banff Springs Hotel) is in the right-middle ground. Mountains are in the background. The scene on the bottom row is labeled CAVE AND BASIN in the top left corner of the rectangle. Figures stand in front of a building with mountains in the background. One figure appears to be tending to a fire on the ground.
