- A large heavy travellers trunk. Trunk is black with horizontal reinforcements of plain wood attacked with metal supports. Three metal latches, one with large keyhole, hold lid closed. In the centre of the front is a metal plate with key hole. Leather handles on the short sides. Rope has been looped around trunk. Inside is unfinished wood. A painting of people in a park is pasted to the inside of the lid. Some torn and illegible travel stickers on the exterior of the trunk. On one end “CONCORD MASS. USA.” is painted in white.
