Two pairs of different types of Inuit mittens. (a) blue wool duffle cloth cut in three pieces to shape and contour of the hand, and seamed with a feather stitch around sides of hand, across palm, and along sides of thumb following the edges of the cut pieces. Cuff flares slightly, and is edged with a thick band of decorative white stitching. Embroidered simple red flower with green leaves on front of wrist. (b) grey sealskin , very wide, unfitted mittens cut from three pieces of skin in the same manner as (a). Skin on palm turned so that fur is inside and hide outside. Small cuff of darker fur, thumb is very wide and triangular.

A collection of three knitted ski toques which fold flat. (a) blue, handknitted of acrylic yarn with white band at cuff knitted to read "I am a Bugaboo helicopter skier" in navy blue. Top has four arms sewn together in cross shape. (b) light blue, handknitted with two narrow reddish stripes just above cuff, and cloth patch sewn on at front, "Canada Red Mt. Ski Area, logo of black and red stylized mountains ". Top of cap comes to triangular point. Description
Two pairs of shiny, navy blue nylon, ski warm-up pants, with full zippers down the entire length of each leg on the outside seam so that the pants open up completely. (a) white side zippers, plain, straight legged style with pocket like opening 15.0 cm on each side above zipper. Waistband gathered slightly at back with elastic inside casing. Pants entirely lined with quilted blue nylon. Waist band closes at each side with velcro tab, and has small cloth loop with metal ring at end on right side. At inside seam at bottom of each leg is semi-circular patch of imitation leather. Zippers open from bottom up. (b) dark blue zippers essentially as (a) above except that waistband closes on each side with double heavy hooks and eyes, 19.0 cm opening above zipper fastens over flap with two heavy metal dome snaps, and imitation leather patch covers inside seam and around entire back of leg edge.
