Description: tlc and along top is a cloudy sky, below that is a mountain face. The slope runs tr to bl. The mountain has a long expanse of white from tr to bl interspersed with trees and shadows. Stylized tree forms all along bottom edge.

The cap is a beret-style winter cap with a small peak; it has a pull-down neck and ear covering in machine-knitted brown nylon; inside the cap under the peak is a line of thick paper to keep the brim in shape. There is a silver pin attached to the front of the cap. It is a B.C. provincial coat-of -arms pin: the wapiti on the left, the heraldic lion on top, the Bighorn sheep on the right, the shield in the middle and the motto underneath “SPLENDOR SINE OCCASU”. On the back there is a spike and clutch (tie-tack) screw-on closure.
