- Flat lid of two solid pieces of wood, hinged to chest. (Hinges have been replaced from original as was the lock). Chest is made of solid oak pieces. Front has a carved tulip and leaf design running length of chest. Below that are three panels with a carved diamond shaped design. The chest is constructed with wooden pegs, no nails were used. Inside to the right is a lidded till.
