- A stately, European-influenced Japanese vase, tall and slender, with two handles on either side of the neck. Elongated teardrop rising to shoulder, slender neck with handles affixed rising to a bulged lip. Celadon glaze with incised and infilled mishima technique decoration of blossoms and Greek-influenced--Greek "Key"--pattern from shoulder up neck, then overglazed with transparent glaze showing crackling.
