- Narrow headband, 1.5 cm wide, small white beads as background with blue and red centered diamonds. The band is long, extending to back of neck. Fringes hang from above eyes both sides. Felt cap. Long skin train painted yellow on edges with a red line and a faint red circle between shoulders. Yellow fabric sewn onto outside edge of train. Fringes on all edges of train. Bald eagle feathers bound with red wool and tied with three rows of white string. Long blond horsehair strands attached to ends of feathers with a round piece of paper (some missing).
