- A tall pitcher which tapers gradually to the neck and then flares out to form a large pouring lip. The pitcher has a squared loop handle and a domed lid with a squared loop handle. The base, lip rim, and handles are outlined with silver. A thin sheet of silver has been applied to the front of the pot in a large curved X-shape having rolled scrolls at the ends of the bottom legs. The silver extends around sides and back of the pot as a floral filigree. The X-shape is monogrammed “P.E.B.” and marked with the number “80”.
