- Hand thrown, wide based, cone shaped. Round topped, lidded container. Transparent glaze with multi coloured enamelled insects, including grasshoppers, glaze crazed. Container has trimmed foot and previously repaired in four pieces. Rim chip .9 x .5 cm. Lid interior has signature stamp. Glazed portion of cover is rounded dome shape and was attached separately to its rim. Rim chip 1.0 x .2 cm. Lid fits into bottle.
