- Description
- A skier figurine carved from wood and given a very high gloss paint job in bright colours. The skier is a langlaufer on yellow skis, wearing black boots, blue pants, red sweater, yellow scarf, blue toque with coloured band and red pompon, white mitts in which he clasps two brown poles. Hand painted face of suggested eyes and nose and mouth, and rosy cheeks. A saw cut extends through most of the skier's right boot, obviously made after the figure was painted, but for no ascertainable reason.
