- A pair of metal deadman/deadboy belay anchors with cables wrapped around. a) The large of the two anchors. It is shaped in a square with a pointed bottom. There are four large circles equally placed in the main area of the anchor with two smaller circles in the middle, where the cable attached to the anchor. The cable is looped in these two smaller holes and joined with a metal band to create one cable that is wrapped around the anchor, it comes to another, smaller loop at the end - it is not attached to the anchor. One side of the anchor is stamped with text near the top which reads “CLOG WALES”. At the top of the anchor is a metal rectangle around both edges riveted to the main part of the anchor. b) The smaller of the two anchors. It is shaped in a square with a pointed bottom. There are two small circles in the middle where the cable is attached to the anchor and one large circle in the top corner. The cable is looped in these two smaller holes and joined with a metal band to create one cable that is wrapped around the anchor, it comes to another smaller loop at the end - it is not attached to the anchor. One side of the anchor is stamped with text near the top which reads “CLOG WALES”. At the top of the anchor is a metal rectangle around both edges riveted to the main part of the anchor. 1.0 x 13.9 x 17.9 cm.
