- Fossiliferous silty limestone containing brachiopods and fragmented crinoids. From a shallow water, fairly high energy environment. Appears to have two different species of thick shelled brachiopods. Cross section of whole brachiopod visible on one edge, displaying top and bottom shells, cavity completely filled with calcite. From the Devonian/Mississippian period. Probably from the Banff formation.
