Note on back cover reads “No. 34 instituted May 24, 1913” and names and address of a list of women are listed below.

Last pages of ledger include lists of “In-Town Sisters” and “Out-of-town Sisters”, the majority of the women are identified in these lists first by their husband’s initial and their last name, with the woman’s first name in brackets at the end.
